1. How do I search for products?
You can search for products using the search box. You can enter either the product name or type of metal and this will return a list of relevant products. You can also use the drop down menus beside the search box. These allow you to browse by product type or type of metal. 2. How do I request a free sample or trial to a subscription title?
You can request a free sample or trial to any of our subscription titles on-line, by calling our advisors on +44 (0)20 7779 7999 or by sending us an email.
3. What if I have a query concerning one of your products?
You can either call our advisors on +44 (0)20 7779 7999 or send us an email. They will be happy to provide you with a list of relevant products.
4. What if I have a query concerning a charge on my credit card?
Call our advisors on +44 (0)20 7779 7999 with details of the transaction and they will be able to help you determine the charge on your credit card.
5. How do I order on the site?
You can order on the site by using the shopping basket function. This is only available to registered users so please ensure you are registered before purchasing. Once you have found your desired item, click on 'Add to cart'. You can add as many products to your shopping basket as you want. Once you are ready to purchase, you can click on 'purchase items in my cart' and proceed to the checkout. Once you have entered your credit card details and your card is charged, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. North, Central and South America: $35.00
7. How long will it take to receive my books?
Assuming the book has been published and is in stock, the average delivery time for the UK is 5-7 working days.
The average delivery time in Europe is 7-10 working days and up to 21 days for the Rest of the World
The average delivery time to the rest of the world can vary. Also, some packages may be subject to customs delays. As a general rule, delivery times to the rest of world should take 21 days.
8. How do I request back issues?
Back issues to our publications are handles by our UK Hotline. You can reach them by calling +44 (0)20 7779 7999 between the ours of 9.00 and 18.00 GMT.
9. How do I renew my subscription?
You can renew your subscription by emailing your request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please ensure you quote your subscription number, full name, company name address and title you subscribe to.
10. How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order by calling our advisors on +44 (0)20 7779 7999 or send them an email. Please quote your subscription number and it would really help us to improve the quality of the magazine if you could tell us why you are cancelling. Any remaining monies on the subscription will be refunded back to the payee.
11. Will my credit card information be stored by you?
We do not store your full credit card information, the last 4 digits are retained temporarily as a reference only
